What it finds

Six things your calls already know.

Every one is a count of calls you can open, not an opinion.

What people asked for that you don’t sell.

Callers name products, times and services you have never offered. Clustered by topic, sized by how often.

→ Topics
Why calls were lost.

No price given, no time offered, held too long, insurance not checked — each one counted, each one a list of the calls behind it.

→ Overview
Who is waiting on a callback.

Every “I’ll ring you back” becomes a task with the caller, the promise and the deadline.

→ Follow-ups
How each person on the phone is doing.

A scorecard per agent from the calls themselves: greeting, discovery, close, talk ratio. Ranked by improvement, not just absolutes.

→ Agents
What each call was worth.

Revenue read from the conversation and reconciled against your source’s payouts.

→ Calls
Calls that were never answered.

Voicemails and hang-ups counted by hour, so lunch-hour cover stops being a guess.

→ Overview
Three businesses, one product

The questions change with the business. The evidence never does.

A dental practice tracks whether a cost was given. A skincare brand tracks whether an exchange was offered before a refund. A freight company tracks whether the next step was booked on the call. Same screens, different questions — each one proposed from the calls, then confirmed by you.

Northgate Dental
3 locations · 6 on the phone

41 callers asked what a crown or a clean would cost and were never given a figure. They were told the practice would ring back. Most did not book.

Caller …is it three hundred, is it fifteen hundred? Just a range is fine.

▶ call 4 · 0:38
Ora Skincare
Direct-to-consumer · 4 support agents

38 callers asked for a fragrance-free version Ora does not sell. Separately, 112 refunds went out without anyone offering an exchange first.

Caller I’ve got — I’m not exaggerating — six unopened bottles of the serum under the sink.

▶ cancellation · 0:40
Northwind Freight
B2B logistics · 9 reps, outbound-led

97 discovery calls ended on “I’ll send something over” with no date agreed. Reps who book the next step on the call convert at nearly three times the rate.

Caller …three days late into the retail DCs.

▶ discovery · 0:18
Ask

Ask it anything. It answers with the calls.

Every answer cites the calls it came from. Click one and the recording plays from that second.

One credit per answer. Saved conversations are never metered.

Which objections grew last month?
“Price” came up on 41 calls in August against 23 in July, almost all on crown and implant enquiries. 29 of the 41 were never given a figure.

What you track

It works out what your business should be tracking.

On day one it reads a sample of your calls and proposes the questions worth asking — in your words, for your business. You approve them. From then on every call answers every one, and every answer records which version of the questions produced it, so nothing is ever a black box.

DiscoveryEvery week it re-reads a sample and proposes what it has started to notice. Accept it or don’t.
Your wordsA dental practice tracks “was a cost given”. A freight desk tracks “was the next step booked”. Same product.
VersionedChange a question and the old answers keep their provenance. A bad batch can be found and re-run.
The evidence principle

If we can’t point at the second it came from, we don’t say it.

Every number on every screen is a count of calls you can open. Every sentence written about your business carries a marker: hover it for the excerpt, click it and the recording plays from that moment. Aggregates say what they are built from — “from 717 calls”, not “most calls”. Anything inferred rather than heard is marked as inferred.

You took 717 calls and booked 148 appointments. The single biggest leak is not how staff handle calls — it is that 129 calls were never answered, and 63 of those were new patients calling in the lunch hour.
Connect

Where your calls already live.

  • Ringba. Paste a token, pick the account. Syncing starts and never stops — not for overage, not for anything.
  • A Google Sheet of recording links. A column of URLs is enough.
  • Anything with a URL. Drive links, direct files; MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG, WebM and most video. We convert it before we transcribe it.
  • Coming: CallRail, Retreaver, TrackDrive, WhatConverts, CSV upload.

Where the findings go.

  • A daily digest to Telegram, Slack or email — what changed, who needs a callback, which agent moved.
  • Share a clip. Select a stretch of transcript, get a link with an expiry you set. Analyst role and above.
  • Coming: rules-based alerts (“when a caller mentions X → Slack”), a public API, webhooks, n8n and Make.
Agencies

Every client, one login.

Client workspaces under a single account. Each one has its own sources, its own questions, its own team and its own digest — and you see all of them. The Agency plan carries ten workspaces and unlimited connections.

Trust

Your calls are yours.

Stored by usRecordings sit on our own object storage, not a third party’s inbox. Deleted on request, with the transcripts.
Read by named providersDeepgram for speech, a model provider for reading. Listed on the privacy page; never sold, never used to train anything.
Agents see their own callsThe agent role is scoped to the person’s own recordings by design, not by setting.
Never paywalledRun out of credits and analysis queues; nothing you already have goes dark. Syncing never stops.

Connect a source, approve what it proposes, and the calls do the rest.

Call intelligence

They already
told you.

Every call transcribed, read and answered — with the second of audio to prove it. Your callers explained exactly why they didn’t book. Nobody was listening.
